Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. In a crock pot, combine heavy cream, garlic, artichokes, spinach, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook on high, stirring occasionally until spinach begins to soften.
  3. Add mozzerella, parmesan-romano stiring frequently until mixture is creamy.
  4. Reduce Heat to Warm.
  5. Best served with warm flatbread.
