Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 10 oz Chopped Spinach
- 8 oz Artichoke Hearts
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 8 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Parmesan-Romano Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White Peper (optional)
- 1/2 oz Chopped Basil
Directions
- In a crock pot, combine heavy cream, garlic, artichokes, spinach, salt and pepper.
- Cook on high, stirring occasionally until spinach begins to soften.
- Add mozzerella, parmesan-romano stiring frequently until mixture is creamy.
- Reduce Heat to Warm.
- Best served with warm flatbread.
