Angel's Favorite Hamburgers

Ingredients

• 3 Lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
• 6 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
• 1/2 Vadalia Onion Finely Chopped (optional)



Toppings

• 16 oz Bacon Cooked
• 1/4 Vadalia Onion Thinly Sliced
• 1 - 2 Beefsteak Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
• 1/2 Head Green Leaf Lettuce
• Mayonaise
• Ketchup
• Mustard
• Hamburger Buns
• American Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat grill to 400° or greater.
2. Mix Ingredients together.
3. Form meat mixture into approximately 9 balls at 1/3 lb each.
4. Carefully flatten into, 1/4" thick, round patties.
5. Cook patties for approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side unil juices run clear.
6. For cheesburgers add cheese and cover on grill for an additional 30 seconds to melt the cheese
7. Serve with Bacon, Sliced Onion, Slice Tomato, Green Leaf Lettuce, Hellmann's Mayonaise, Frenches Mustard, and Heinz Jalepeno Ketchup on a Hamburger Bun
